Section 11
Located next to the Turkey Jim Covered Bridge, this cul de sac is right by a small river into a beautiful pond. Due to each site’s size, Section 11 is great for much larger trailers and motor homes (up to 38′). This area is Full-hookup, which includes water, 30 amp electric, and sewage with trees dividing each site.

Firefly Hollow
Also known as Section 6, this wooded area has sites designed to fit motor homes and trailers up to 40′. This area is also just a short walk to some of our amenities such as: the pool, store, and playground. Firefly Hollow is Full-hookup, which includes water, 30 amp electric, and sewage.

Poolside
As rightfully named, Poolside is right next to our stunning pool. This section has the ability to fit up to 36′ trailers and motor homes with five of those sites being pull-through. Poolside is an open area partially surrounded by trees and is Full-hookup, which includes water, 30 amp electric, and sewage.

North Pond
This area is perfectly located by a variety of amenities we have to offer. This open field is a short walk to the bath house, store, playground, and pool with sites being able to accommodate tents all the way up to 40′ trailers. North Pond has water and 30/50 amp electric.

Section 12
Located by the Pemigewasset River, this forest covered area is perfect for campers with tents or small trailers. A bath house nearby and the tubing and kayak runs end at our beach in Section 12. Each site in Section 12 is separated by trees and has water and 30 amp electric.

Riverfront Rate: $55.00
River View
Enjoy the great outdoors in this true primitive camping experience. With a few sites having a view of the Pemigewasset River, this area is near some of our beautiful trails with the entrance to our relaxing tubing experience just a short walk away. River View does not have water and electric. It is dry camping and tents only.

Reservation Policies
Two night minimum required for advanced reservations, we do welcome 1 night stays off the road. Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum!
Deposit Policy – A deposit is required within 10 days of making a reservation. Full deposit is required on a reservation of three nights or less. A reservation of 4 nights or longer requires a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to check-in. If you make a reservation and then decide not to keep it prior to making your deposit, we kindly ask that you still notify us of your change.
Cancellation Policy – If a reservation is cancelled 15 days (or more) prior to the date of arrival a refund will be given, minus a $10 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within the 14 days prior to arrival, a rain check will be given, minus a $10 cancellation fee, good until Dec. 31st of the following year. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled arrival, or for a “no show”.
